October  BSG-UK starts submitting applications for the February intake. Ensure compliance with all entry requirements.
November BSG-UK submits final applications for February  intake (deadlines vary by university, but typically end by November or early December).
December  BSG-UK receives offer letters and shares the same with the Students and begins the visa application process.
January  Students confirms acceptance, arrange accommodation, and finalize travel plans.
February  Classes begin for the primary intake in Australia.
March – May  BSG-UK prepares applications for the July  intake.
June BSG-UK submits final applications for the July intake, finalize documents, and start visa processes.
July Students begins classes for the mid-year intake.
August – October Plan for the November intake (less common and course-specific).
November  Classes begin for the final intake of the year.
